Brand Shoots and Why They're SO Important

I've been capturing independent business owners at their branding shoots for many years now and every time I do a new shoot I realise over and over just how important and impactful brand shoot really are for the women who run businesses.

When I had my daughter it added a new layer of understanding of why these shoots help female business owners so much. They save them time and energy which they often have precious little of and in the end they save them money. They don't have to spend ages scrambling around at the last minute trying to take a half decent photo of themselves for a work event or a speaking engagement. They don't have to take their own photos for social media aka the window to the customer and then worry that the images aren't good enough and they don't have to create their own detail images to help their clients understand a bit more about them, their world and their business.

All of this adds up to these women feeling way less stressed and way less like they're chasing their own tails all the time. When I became a mother myself I really realised and understood on a totally different level how important is was to help to give these women time back. That's a big part of why I not only love brand shoots but also why I'm so passionate about being able to do this important work for my clients.
